WordPress
For local SEO and online stores the client can manage. Rank Math Pro supports technical SEO; WooCommerce handles the catalogue and checkout. ACF Pro lets us adapt content and service pages to each business.
Strata CMS
Our CMS, currently in alpha, brings courses, sessions and digital products together on one website. It is aimed at content creators who need to organise their offer and manage it from a single environment.
Astro
For fast landing pages and static websites with a solid SEO foundation. Where the project needs it, we add custom interactivity such as quote calculators without loading that logic on every page.
Each case study explains the challenge and specific decisions: stack selection, plugins and integrations, structured data and reusable patterns. The technical solution makes sense in the context of the business.
Frequently asked questions about our projects
What stacks does Sincronía use for its web projects?
We work with three stacks that cover 95% of cases: WordPress with its SEO plugin ecosystem and WooCommerce for shops and content-manageable sites, Strata CMS (our own CMS in alpha) for content creators who need to unify courses, sessions and digital products, and Astro for fast landings, static SEO-first websites and projects with custom interactivity. We choose the stack based on the goal, not the other way around.
How much does a web project cost at Sincronía?
A WordPress landing starts at 800€, a corporate website at 1600€ and an online store at 3000€, VAT included. A custom Astro or Strata project is quoted by scope. Maintenance is separate: WordPress 35–150€/month; Strata websites 20–100€/month. Estimated CMS licence, hosting and proposal terms are confirmed separately.
How long does it take to develop a web project?
A landing is ready in 2-3 weeks, a corporate website in 4-6 weeks, a WooCommerce online store in 6-10 weeks and a custom project (Astro, Strata, interactive calculator) in 4-8 weeks depending on complexity. We add 2-4 additional weeks if there is content migration or external system integration. We give a closed timeline in the proposal after understanding the scope.
Does Sincronía only build WordPress websites?
No, WordPress is one of our three main stacks, but not the only one. We also develop with Strata CMS (our own CMS) for custom content projects and with Astro for fast websites, SEO-first and with custom interactivity. Stack choice depends on the goal: WordPress if you need a mature plugin ecosystem and client-maintainable, Astro if you prioritise speed and technical SEO, Strata if you need a flexible data model.
How is the success of a web project measured at Sincronía?
We measure success on three axes: technical (green Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse >90, valid schema markup, no Search Console errors), business (organic traffic, leads generated, conversion ratio) and maintenance (the client can manage the website without depending on a developer). We give concrete metrics when delivering the project and optional monthly follow-up for the first 6 months on plans with SEO.
