1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the site remember your actions and preferences for a certain period of time. Similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, web beacons) work in a comparable way and are treated as cookies for the purposes of this policy.

2. Which cookies do we use?

Strictly necessary cookies

Technical cookies that allow the user to browse the website and use its features. Without them, the site cannot work properly. They are served from the Cloudflare edge and do not require your consent because they are essential to deliver the service requested by the user.

Analytics cookies

Cookies that let us measure the number of visitors and analyse how they browse the site, in order to improve the service. They are only activated if you give your consent through the cookie banner. You can accept, reject or configure their use by category at any time.

3. Specific cookies we use

Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics are only activated if you accept the "Analytics" category. Google Analytics 4 uses pseudonymous cookies to distinguish visitors; Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and measures aggregated traffic at the edge.

3.1. Third-party scripts for internal audit purposes

We load in the <head> the NytroSEO script (script URL), an SEO audit tool that Sincronía uses from its own dashboard. It runs without cookies and does not profile visitors, so it is not subject to the consent banner.

So you can assess it accurately, here is what it technically does: on every visit it sends the provider the address of the loaded page — which may include any query parameters present in the URL — and it adds a 1×1 pixel tracking pixel. It also modifies the page title, the meta description, image alt text and link title attributes in your browser, according to the SEO configuration we have enabled. That modification happens only in your browser: the source code we deliver to search engines does not change.

If this script starts using cookies in the future, we will add it to the table above and move it behind the consent banner. You can request its permanent blocking at any time by writing to contacto@sincronia.agency.

4. Consent

When you visit the site for the first time, we show you a banner with three options:

• Accept all: activates all categories.
• Reject all: only strictly necessary cookies are kept.
• Configure: you can enable or disable the "Analytics" category granularly and save your preference.

Your decision is stored in localStorage for 12 months. Until you decide, we do not load any analytics script nor set any measurement cookie.

We also record every decision in a consent log on our servers, so that it can be demonstrated as required by Art. 7.1 of the GDPR. That log does not contain your IP address or your browser: only a pseudonymous identifier, the date and the accepted categories. It is kept for 12 months and deleted automatically afterwards. You can read the detail in section 9 of the privacy policy.

5. How to withdraw or change your consent

You can change your decision at any time by clicking the "Manage cookies" button in the page footer, or by manually clearing the browser's storage data for this site. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings:

Please note that, if you block all cookies, you may not be able to access some features of the website.

6. International transfers

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA) may transfer data to servers outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and on adequacy decisions applicable to the United States (Data Privacy Framework). Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) may transfer data to servers outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and on adequacy decisions applicable to the United States (Data Privacy Framework).
