Vanesa Santamaría: an online platform for transpersonal coaching sessions

The challenge

The technical challenge was to combine three things in a single website: a booking system for 1:1 sessions and group workshops, an editorial blog that would rank for long-tail spiritual and ACIM-related searches, and a private member area with course materials.

What we did

We chose WordPress with a custom child theme for Vanesa because the project had three critical blocks (bookings, editorial blog, member area) and a CMS with a mature ecosystem covers all three without rewriting code. We combined Amelia for bookings, Memberpress for the private area and Rank Math Pro for editorial SEO, all on a custom child theme that respects the project's serene visual identity.

An editorial design with a serene palette (deep blue, warm beige, off-white) and carefully chosen typography for invitations, quotes and resources. The home presents the three pillars (1:1 sessions, group workshops, free resources) without overwhelming the visitor, with a hero that combines imagery, value proposition and CTA to the main booking.

An active editorial blog about A Course in Miracles, practical spirituality and inner process: long-tail articles written for real searches (not for keyword stuffing), with Article and FAQPage schema on each piece. This has allowed Vanesa to capture quality organic traffic from Google in highly competitive markets.

A private member area with access to recorded materials (meditation audios, exercise PDFs, workshop replays) protected with Memberpress. A student pays once and gets access to all materials at their level; Vanesa manages subscriptions from a single panel.
