Process and decision criteria
We first review the starting point: goals, users, technology, content, incidents and the internal capacity to maintain the solution. We then separate urgent work from important work and propose a clear scope. We choose WordPress when it makes publishing and management easier; a web application when the project needs its own workflows, data or logic; and local SEO when the main challenge is being found by the right audience.
What the work can include
Depending on the service, the work may include technical diagnosis, architecture, interface design, development, migration, SEO optimisation, analytics configuration, hosting, backups and maintenance. Before work begins, we clarify which deliverables are in scope, what information the client must provide and which decisions require approval. This prevents a focused improvement from being mistaken for a complete rebuild.
Who it suits and the next step
Our approach suits small businesses, professionals and teams that value direct technical communication and want to understand what is being built. If you do not yet know which service fits, explain the problem, the current website and the outcome you want. We will consider whether to begin with an audit, a limited intervention or a phased proposal, without bundling services you do not need.
Does a website need to be rebuilt before it can improve?
Not always. A review may show that performance, structure, maintenance or content can be corrected on the current foundation. We only suggest rebuilding when technical, editorial or business constraints make continued patching unreasonable. You can read the individual service pages or describe the situation through the contact page.
