Before asking about Simplifica CRM

Simplifica is designed to organise customer relationships and adapt follow-up to different sectors. The form can be used to request information, a demonstration, the waitlist or an adaptation. To receive a useful answer, describe the current process rather than only listing desired features.

What we need to understand

Tell us what type of organisation would use it, which roles take part and how you currently manage contacts, appointments, stages and tasks. Mention what information must be retained and which tools are already in use. Do not send customer personal data or credentials. Anonymous workflow examples are enough for an initial fit review without access to sensitive information.

How we assess the fit

We compare your situation with the functions available in Simplifica’s current stage and separate configuration, adaptation and needs that require another kind of development. A CRM fits when it improves continuity and reduces duplication without forcing the team to maintain extra steps. If a simple spreadsheet or another tool covers the case better, identifying that is also valuable.

What happens after the form

We review the sector, goal and selected enquiry type. The reply may include further questions or a suggestion to examine the workflow in more detail. Before discussing implementation, the data involved, its use and the people responsible for validation must be clear. The form prepares a WhatsApp message; it does not replace this assessment.

Do I need to define the entire CRM before getting in touch?

No. Two or three real situations are more useful: how a contact enters the process, how its stage changes and what follow-up is needed. These examples help identify what requires configuration, what still needs clarification and whether Simplifica is a reasonable basis for the next conversation.
