What the assessment covers
Before recommending a product, we ask what information you use, who updates it, which tasks are repeated and which tools are already part of the process. For Simplifica, we focus on contacts, stages, appointments and sector-specific needs. For Strata, we discuss site structure, content editing, migration and required features. For Livechat, we look at enquiry volume, recurring topics and whether you have staff who can take the conversation. We also clarify what is currently available and what would require adaptation.
Criteria for a good fit
A product fits when it solves a real process without adding unnecessary complexity. If the problem is customer organisation and follow-up, Simplifica may be a useful starting point. If the challenge is publishing and evolving a website, Strata should be reviewed alongside alternatives such as WordPress. If the bottleneck is out-of-hours coverage or a high volume of repetitive enquiries, Livechat is the option to explore. If you need highly specific business logic, a custom web application may be the more sensible route.
Next steps without blind decisions
Read the relevant product page and note the workflow you want to improve, the people who would use it and the data or content that would need to move. In an initial conversation, we compare those needs with the available functions and the product’s current stage. If it is not a fit, the assessment can still point towards another technical solution inside or outside our catalogue.
Can I ask for information while a product is still evolving?
Yes. You can ask about its current stage, describe your situation or request a demonstration when one is available. The conversation does not assume a purchase or the availability of a particular feature: we first verify the fit and clearly explain what exists, what is being developed and which alternatives are available.
